early friday evenings 5pm - 7pm starting in November 2024 you are invited to a hosted zoom gathering to employ art and language to bear witness to yourself and others. You are welcome to participate to your comfort on any level.

prompt start time: 5pm PST

500-515 -- 15 min check in discussion to choose theme

515-545 -- 30 mins closed mics, using materials to express that theme

545-550 -- 5 min break

550-620 -- 30 mins closed mics, using what you just created as inspiration, free write

620-625 -- 5 min break

625-655 -- up to 30 mins - opportunity for a brief optional group share.

655-700 -- 5 mins closing commentary

one rule: after each share please respond to whoever shared only the words 'thank you for sharing'. this allows for safe witness and invites safe vulnerability. plse zero commentary or questions within the format of the group.

have creative and writing materials nearby for the call in preparation. whatever you choose!

creative option: use bilateral music or any other type of creative music with no lyrics in headphones during the 2 processing times.

please keep cams on and mics off unless speaking. we want to see each other working during the session!
