See descriptions below and how I came to this work
Having survived Cluster B relational trauma within my family of origin—and later becoming the targeted parent in a high-conflict divorce involving custody violations and abuse by proxy—I bring both professional training and lived expertise to this work. I am intimately familiar with the devastation these intergenerational dynamics cause, and I have done the academic, clinical, and personal work to understand the psychological patterns that fuel this form of domestic violence.
This includes the use of children as weapons, post-separation abuse, and the deep, often invisible wounding of Complex PTSD. I do not approach this work from theory alone—I have walked it. For those who have been silenced, misjudged, or disbelieved, I offer a steady, informed presence. Supporting others in reclaiming clarity, dignity, and sovereignty in the aftermath of coercive control is more than my profession—it is a sacred commitment.
